Christopher toth obituary and dead, Corrections Officer Lindsay Jail

Christopher Brian TOTH, a beloved son of Deborah and the late Brian Toth of Lakefield, passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 26th, at the age of 40. Christopher, a corrections officer at Lindsay Jail, was known for his fun-loving and humorous nature. He was a cherished big brother to Megan (Mackenzie), Lauren Mahaney, Thomas (Mikaela), and the late Kimberley Anne Toth.

He will be lovingly remembered by his niece Georgia, numerous cousins, friends, and extended members of the Toth and Clark families. Christopher is now reunited with his Australian Shepherd, Rambo, as they embark on their quest for world domination.

Visitation will be held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Friends and relatives are encouraged to wear their favorite sports jerseys. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Lakefield on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024, at 10:30 am. It’s worth noting that, true to Christopher’s notorious habit of being fashionably late, the 10:30 mass time is somewhat questionable.

Following the mass, interment will be at Lakefield Cemetery, followed by a reception in St. Paul’s Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations in memory of Christopher to Five Counties Children Centre, any charity supporting firefighters, or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
