Enkyboys’ father shared an update about his cancer progress on Tuesday, August 2 on his social media channels. The oncologists informed him that the tumors in his body are decreasing.
After being diagnosed with colon cancer six months prior, 34-year-old Randy Gonzalez from the Houston area announced publically on April 12, 2018 that he was battling the disease. Gonzalez revealed that his oncologist said his only two to three year life expectancy. However, he added that he could potentially live up to five years if he received chemotherapy.
Gonzalez and his family received funding for chemotherapy treatments at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston due to the popularity of social media and his followers. This is one of the top cancer hospitals in Texas.
Gonzalez and his son Brice expressed gratitude toward the prayers offered for their wellbeing. They additionally stated that they continue to be thankful for how the tumors are decreasing in size.
Gonzalez expressed gratitude that they received word by writing, “A blessing we got this news,” and adding an inspirational message via caption below. They shared these thoughts with people everywhere who thanked them for their prayers.
Randy and his son Brice are famous for making humorous videos together on TikTok. They released their first video together in November 2019 and have since been featured on Good Morning America, Yahoo Lifestyle and other media outlets.
Brice’s rising fame was spurred on by his involvement in Eva Longoria’s Flamin’ Hot film project. He plays one of the sons in Eva Longoria’s movie about Richard Montañez, the Frito-Lay janitor who claims to have created Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in his home kitchen. The film is scheduled for release in 2022.
