Former Titans and Washington tight end Frank Wycheck died Saturday at age 52, his family said in a statement obtained by paulkuharsky.com.

“It appears that Frank Wychek fell and hit his head Saturday morning at his home in Chattanooga, Tennessee,” the statement said. “He was found unresponsive that afternoon. Last summer, Wychek Moved to Chattanooga, Tenn., to be closer to family. He leaves behind two adult daughters, Deanna and Madison, and three grandchildren – Leo, Steve and August.”
