Leticia has pleaded not guilty to insanity, according to the Denver Post.

On Tuesday, Lowry opened up about how he and his mother, Letcia, helped move their belongings out of their Colorado home in the days after Gannon went missing, The Gazette reported.

On February 1, 2020, Lowery said he was helping Letecia transport her belongings into the economy van Letecia rented when he noticed she was having trouble carrying a suitcase.
