Rhianna joined the research team in 2018 and became Research Co-Director in 2021. She has worked in a range of roles across our public sector, health, social impact, higher education and business practice. In addition to research, Rhianna supports the Government & Regulation, Arts & Culture and Panorama teams as Practice Group Secretary. She sits on our charity committee and was appointed a trustee of Saxton Bampfylde in 2021. Outside of work, Rhianna serves on the fundraising committee for a local children’s charity. She graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in Psychology (International).
