A year after the engrossing Season 4 finale, Season 5 of Cobra Kai returns to Netflix on September 9 with 10 new episodes and many new twists. Who is Jeff Kay?
Jeff Kay is Assistant Director and Executive Producer at Cobra Kai. He was 56 when he died, which his IMDb page says was the result of a heart attack on October 17, 2021.
Along with Cobra Kai, Kay has had a stellar career in the television industry with hit shows such as American Housewife, Entourage, Rizzoli & Isles, and Numb3rs, to name a few.
Following news of his death, American Housewives’ Meg Donnelly paid tribute to her on Twitter, saying: “Our beloved Jeff Kay speaks in this video – it’s 1 AD, Was part of our beautiful family of American Housewives…suddenly passed away….Our family mourns this great loss. His radiant energy was so contagious that it made us all laugh. “
