Jonathan Lewis las vegas video leaked, Teen beaten near high school has died

A Las Vegas teenager who was assaulted by a group of approximately 15 individuals near Rancho High School last week succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, as confirmed by his father, Jonathan Lewis Sr. The 17-year-old, Jonathan Lewis Jr., had been receiving treatment for life-threatening injuries sustained during the altercation at University Medical Center.

Jonathan Lewis Sr. explained that the incident occurred when his son stood up for a smaller friend, leading to an attack by several individuals. According to Lewis, the attackers initially failed to harm his son adequately, prompting them to collectively assault him. The teenager was found bleeding from the head on Nov. 1, near Searles Avenue and North 21st Street, close to Rancho High.

Metropolitan Police Department reported that the teen had been involved in a fight with about 15 people and was transported to UMC in critical condition. Lewis Jr.’s father refrained from commenting on the ongoing police investigation into the brawl and mentioned that the family had not yet made funeral arrangements.

In an email, Lewis described his son as a “loving, giving, kind, fierce young man who loved community and caring for others.” He expressed that the tragedy reflected the divisive and uncaring state of society, emphasizing the need for empathy and love over violence.
