Some of these clips garnered around 34 million views.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven is a fighting game based on the anime Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. It was released for PlayStation 3 in 2015 by Bandai Namco. On the title screen, the character says the name of the game in Japanese: “JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Eyes of Heaven”, which means “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” in Japanese. A soundtrack featuring characters as diverse as Jonathan Joestar, Jotaro Kujo and Jolyne Cujoh, who say the game’s name has become the basis for a viral trend on TikTok.
Those taking part in the trend used audio clips of each character to say the name of the game. The people in the footage imitate each character’s contorted poses as they recite their lines. At the time of publication, approximately 98,300 videos have been created using this audio.
