Peter Simon from Woodsville, New Hampshire, faced charges related to a tragic incident resulting in the death of a Waltham, Massachusetts, police officer and a National Grid utility worker. The newly filed charges reveal that the suspect was driving without a license at the time of the crash.

Officer Paul Tracey, a dedicated 28-year veteran of the Waltham Police Department, and Rodrick Jackson, a 36-year-old from Cambridge, lost their lives in the unfortunate collision on Totten Pond Road.

Initially charged with two counts of manslaughter and armed robbery, 54-year-old Peter Simon faced additional charges during the Thursday court hearing.
