Renee Winters was a “Renaissance woman.” She is married to her school friend and mother of two. She has worked in education for over 25 years as a teacher and school administrator. She is dedicated to recognizing the strength of all women and empowering young girls. In addition to her years of educational experience, another passion of hers is spreading the word about healthy eating, fitness, and lifestyle.
Despite her dabbles in poetry and art, she is excited to write and publish her first children’s book about girls and their love of science and discovery. The Angie Wonders collection is inspired by her daughter’s love of science, exploration and investigation. She hopes to get girls interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields.
