In his previous roles, Stuart has demonstrated his versatility through a spectrum of multidisciplinary scientific positions. As the Global Biotech Manager for AB-InBev, he delved into the biotechnology and bio-products landscape, strategically focusing on disruptive technologies and business growth opportunities. His expertise also extends to the role of Global Yeast & Fermentation Specialist for AB-InBev, where he successfully executed dynamic, large-scale technical projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Stuart’s journey encompasses diverse responsibilities, including Research and Development of new technologies, processes, products, microbes, and engineering technologies tailored for food-grade commercial applications. His academic background is marked by a PhD in Biotechnology, Bioenergy & Brewing Science, complemented by an MSc in Brewing Science & Practice, and a BSc (Hons) in Biology.
