These were the times when Sakura was saved from death in Naruto Shippuden

One of the characters who suffers the most from the polarized love-hate relationship in Naruto is Sakura. Team 7’s medical kunoichi is constantly ridiculed for not being as well accomplished as Naruto and / or Sasuke. The abrasive personality she had at the beginning of the series, disrespecting Naruto and harassing Sasuke did not help.

But, by far, what catches Sakura the most is the fact that she constantly needs help to be saved from conditions that her peers would not need. There are several compiled from all the times when she simply shouted the name of Naruto or someone else to save her.

But behind all prejudiced hatred there is a lack of knowledge. And although Sakura really isn’t as powerful as Naruto / Sasuke, she is far from useless as many claim.

Proof of this is that I was tasked with finding all the times that she was literally saved by someone and the task was more difficult than I imagined.

Naruto Classic

Forest of Death

The first time Sakura is completely in trouble and needs to be saved is during the Forest of Death part of the Chunin Exam.

That’s because, after Team 7 bumps into Orochimaru, Sasuke and Naruto are knocked out and Sakura needs to take care of them. She ends up being found by the Dosu team from Vila Oculta do Som and needs to face them alone.

Initially, Rock Lee appears to help, but ends up defeated and becomes one more that Sakura needs to take care of. And if not even Rock Lee – who at this point was stronger than Sasuke – could against them, neither would Sakura, even though she still did better than the brow.

Still, she was saved when Ino’s Team 10 decided to interfere and managed to defeat Team Dosu.

Destruction of Konoha

The final part of the Chunin Exam is interrupted by the invasion of the Hidden Village of the Sand in Konoha. Sakura is saved by Kakashi after attracting the attention of the Otogakure ninjas by dissipating the genjutsu en masse.

She, together with Naruto, Shikamaru and Pakkun, go after Sasuke, who in turn is chasing Gaara.

The kunoichi saves Sasuke from an attack by the future Kazekage, but is left unconscious after a blow from Gaara, in addition to being trapped in a tree by the sand of the then villain.

When Gaara is defeated, the sand dissipates and Sakura ends up falling off the tree, being saved by Naruto from a fall that would certainly be fatal.

Sasuke Rescue

In one of the iconic moments of the series, Sasuke and Naruto face off on the terrace of the ninja hospital where the Uchiha recovered after the brutal fight against Itachi.

Sasuke, completely enraged by the defeat and the fact that Naruto is evolving as a ninja. and Naruto, who has his greatest rival in the Uchiha, end up losing track and preparing their strongest attacks for the fight.

Sakura realizes the magnitude of the madness and, fearing that the fight will end up killing either of them, enters the middle to stop them.

The problem is that it would be too late for either of them to stop the blow and Sakura would end up filling a lethal sandwich. But Kakashi appears at the last second to break up the fight and save Sakura.

Fight against Sasori

Not only was Sasori skilled enough to be a member of Akatsuki, all of his attacks possessed an extremely lethal toxic poison.

Sakura and Chiyo formed an incredible partnership to defeat the villain, but Sakura, in protecting Lady Chiyo from an attack by Sasori, ended up being fatally punctured, in addition to being poisoned.

Chiyo takes advantage of the situation and activates one of his traps, defeating Sasori and healing her, saving her from certain death.

Tenchi Bridge

The fight against Sasori resulted in the gaining of information that Akatsuki would meet an Orochimaru spy, who would later be shown as Kabuto.

Team 7 is charged with meeting Kabuto, with Yamato disguising himself as Sasori.

But the plan is quickly discovered by Orochimaru, who joins Kabuto and starts the fight against Yamato, Naruto and Sai.

Naruto gives in to Orochimaru’s taunts and loses control of the Nine-Tailed Fox. Initially this causes Sakura to be hit and lose consciousness, being saved by Yamato.

Afterwards, an uncontrolled Naruto doesn’t realize that Sakura is an ally and seriously injures her. This wound is closed by Kabuto himself, a way of “thanking” them for killing Sasori.

Pain’s Invasion

While the Six Paths attack Konoha, Sakura stays in the Konoha hospital attending to emergencies that arrive in increasing numbers.

But when Pain uses Shinra Tensei and completely destroys the Village, Sakura (and others) are saved by Tsunade with the help of Katsuyu.

Dome of the Five Kage

After many years, Sakura finally accepts that Sasuke needs to be stopped at any cost. For this, she herself decides to murder the former teammate.

Initially she tries to convince Sasuke that she would be an ally in order to attack him by surprise, but is attacked first – being saved by Kakashi.

After healing Karin, Sakura joins the fight and comes close to wounding Sasuke in the back with a poisoned kunai, but she lacks the necessary courage.

Sasuke turns to attack her, but Naruto appears at the last moment to save her again.

Battle against Madara

After reaching the maximum power of the Byakugou Seal during the Fourth Ninja World War, Sakura places herself as an equal among her Team 7 companions.

To demonstrate this, as soon as Madara returns from the Kamui dimension to face those left of the Ninja Alliance, Sakura starts an attack against the villain.

She does it because she knows that she is practically immortal with the activated Seal, but it is still easily caught and pierced by Madara, who used a Sphere of the Way of Truth.

At that moment, Naruto grabs her and Sasuke cuts off the rod that Madara used to attack her, saving Sakura from a possible second attack.

Tsukuyomi Infinito

Madara doesn’t waste a lot of time fighting Team 7 and goes straight to the conclusion of his plan: to apply the Infinite Tsukuyomi to the entire planet.

In an instant, all the inhabitants of the Earth were trapped in an unbreakable genjutsu. Except for Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto and Kakashi, protected by Sasuke’s Susanoo.

Battle against Kaguya

During the battle against Kaguya, the Goddess Rabbit begins to transport Team 7 to several of its dimensions. Among them was a dimension that was basically the interior of a volcano where the floor was a river of lava.

While Naruto and Sasuke have their own means of flying, Kakashi needs to hold on to a scroll stuck to the wall like a kunai.

He uses the moment to save Sakura.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations

Battle against Shin Uchiha

After saving the family from Shin Uchiha’s attack, Sakura ends up being teleported to the villain’s hideout.

There she is taken hostage, but Sakura is only pretending to be less dangerous than she is in order to gain information from Shin.

When she is satisfied, she starts a fight against the “Uchiha”, and goes very well until being hit by some scalpels that Shin controlled remotely.

Sasuke then appears with Susanoo to prevent a subsequent attack by Shin.
